About Me

I grew up in New Jersey before attending college at UW – Madison. My post-grad career began at Google, where I worked as a policy specialist on the Legal Investigations Support team. It took me 11 months to decide I didn’t agree with the work, leading me to quit and move to Lake Tahoe to ski while I still had some money saved up.

Before moving to Tahoe, I applied on a whim to be a ski patroller. I somehow got the job, and haven’t looked back since.

As far as moving forward, I’ve already taken the LSAT and plan to complete a J.D. in environmental law before I turn 30. As sad as I’ll be to stop patrolling full-time, I’ve decided that advocating for the earth is the best way I can thank Mother Nature for everything she’s done for me. And of course, until I get that law degree, I’ll be advocating for the earth the only other way I know how – through my writing.
